This week we conducted a sample test for a customer in the automotive
parts industry. The customer’s product has several designs, which need
to be cut, then chamfered, then beaded, then bent, and finally checked
in the inspection tool.
The customer sent us a large number of 17mm
stainless steel raw material pipes. We used our pipe cutting machine,
chamfering machine, end forming machine, mandrel bending machine,
completed a series of tests, and successfully sent the samples to the
customer for approval.
We offer the following tooling and services for tubing 3/4″ OD and smaller:
Dedicated Manual Tube Benders: We build hand benders customized to the customer specifications.
Prototype Tube Bending: We bend customer supplied tubing to customer specifications.
Tube Checking Gage: We offer zero and full tolerance tube checking gages for any diameter tubing.
Medium to Low Production: We bend customer supplied tubes with dedicated hand benders built on site.
